Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Working on various processes related to insurance products.
- Responsible for policy creation, renewals, changes and cancellations of insurance policies based on tickets created by the system or other users.
- Working with a modern core-insurance software system as well as supporting applications.
- Validating the accuracy of data and documents in line with the company`s internal policies and work instructions.
Key Requirements:
- Very good level of German (B2).
- Very good level of English (B2).
- Computer literacy and experience with MS Word.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in an administrative position will be considered an advantage.
