Responsibilities

As a First level English Speaking Support you will be a part of a great team for an amazing client in the cybersecurity field and all together will:

  • Assist with general inquiries, product support, and troubleshooting via phone, e-mail, and chat
    As a candidate, you do not need to have experience in a similar role but you should be fluent in English and able to demonstrate a keen interest in technologies and have excellent communication skills.
  •  Inform the customer about the identified or developed solution and prepare the corresponding documentation.
  • Coordinates the processing of incoming inquiries;
  • Acceptance, collection, categorization and prioritization of notifications for the agreed services in the ticketing tool
  • Escalation to responsible department – tier 2 -3

Qualifications: 

·       
Basic IT knowledge (DNS, email, web, IP etc.)

·       Well-structured way of working and troubleshooting/problem-solving ability

·       Working experience in technical support

·       Good knowledge in ticket systems and support processes remotely

·       Excellent English language skills in writing and speech

·       Soft Skills

·       High customer and service orientation

·       Ability to interact and consult with others in particular for de-escalation management

·       Strong team player

·       Strong motivation and willingness to learn and perform

·       Autonomous & proactive working behavior

·       Friendly and confident manner

·       Good knowledge of Danish, Swedish, and Norwegian will be a plus.
