Main Responsibilities:

• The main focus of the role is providing general (not investment advice) support to the clients via phone and email regarding the usage of the platform;
• Resolving and investigating various cases and escalating them to the responsible departments;

• Have excellent verbal and written Spanish (preferred C1-C2 Level);
• Very good English level (B2/C1 Level);
• Have excellent communication skills;
• Have a passion or some experience in online stock trading;
• Have some educational degree / course in Stock Market or similar.
• Are a reliable individual with a positive attitude;
