Our office in Sofia is based in the city center and employs more than 800 people, supporting 32 languages all around the world. For one of our campaigns, we are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Customer care specialist with Ukrainian.

As a Customer care specialist you will provide customer support to Ukranian-speaking customers and promote a positive corporate image by demonstrating appropriate conduct, high quality, professionalism, and a positive attitude in all interactions with customers.

You will:

  • Be responsible for dealing with all customer inquiries, in Ukrainian.
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service support.
  • The possition is on four hours shifts.Schedule is from Monday-Friday 9:00-18:00.
  • Maintain the accuracy and security of customer information on the database.
  • Advice and inform customers regarding clients' products and services.

The candidate:

  • Has native spoken and written Ukrainian and English language - at least level B1;
  • Customer service-oriented personality;
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial;
  • Professional manner Independent, collaborative, and active working style;
  • Has good computer literacy;
