Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

  •  Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics;
  •  Create a change management plan and actionable deliverables including change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan;
  •  Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities;
  •  Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress;
  •  Coach managers and supervisors.

The skills:

  •  Completed Bachelor’s degree, MBA is considered as an advantage;
  •  A successful track record of 3-5 + years of procurement organization;
  •  Fluent in English;
  •  Exceptional communication skills; excellent active listening skills; ability to influence others;
  •  Familiarity with project management approaches; knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
