- Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics;
- Create a change management plan and actionable deliverables including change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan;
- Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities;
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress;
- Coach managers and supervisors.

- Completed Bachelor’s degree, MBA is considered as an advantage;
