NON-voice Support Specialist with Portuguese (night shifts)

Main responsibilities:

  • Interacting with clients exclusively through email and live chat to discuss the company's products;
  • Keeping players informed about new requirements and upcoming bonuses;
  • Working closely with internal company departments;
  • Offering prompt assistance to address requests.

Job requirements:

  • Fluency in Portuguese (B2/C1);
  • Excellent level of English (B2);
  • Experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage;
  • Being able to work from the office in Sofia ( at least 2 weeks).
