Our partner is one of the leading global providers of communication technologies. They are looking for a Customer Support Representative with German (Home Office) to join their team.


Main Responsibilities:

Answer customer questions regarding their contracts and invoices via phone;

Assist with issues with internet connection, router, etc;

Maintain the company's database.
