YOUR ROLE:

  • Conduct outbound calls with already existing users to guide them through the platform.
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients.
  • Work with internal software tools (CRM).
  • Cooperate with the rest of the team.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Fluent in Arabic. Good knowledge of English.
  • High computer literacy; proficient with Office 365.
  • Customer service experience will be an advantage.
  • Fast learner with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
