For our partner with an established position in their field, we seeking a driven and results-oriented Export Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing our sales strategy across the Balkan countries, achieving ambitious sales targets, and fostering long-term partnerships with key distributors and retailers.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the movement of the company's products across borders, ensuring compliance with domestic and international trade regulations;
- Prepare and process export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin);
- Track shipments, proactively resolving any delays or damages and keeping customers and stakeholders informed;
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with international distributors and agents;
- Monitor and analyze Balkan market trends and competitor activity, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making;
- Stay updated on trade regulations and best practices to optimize shipping processes;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's export procedures;
- Travel throughout the Balkan region as needed to meet with clients and attend trade shows.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant economic field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG sales, Trade marketing, or brand management;
- Experience in market development and sales export is a must;
- Excellent understanding of international trade regulations and export procedures;
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Fluency in English;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong work ethic.
