Responsibilities

Our partner is one of the leading global Shared Services process transformation companies. They are looking for an experienced and motivated Procurement Specialist with German to join their team. The person will have the opportunity to build a good professional relationship with the clients procurement stakeholders and improve processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • The main focus of the role is managing the day to day transactional procurement activities across different locations;
  • Support the Procurement Country team with various procurement activities including general purchasing queries, validating and approving purchase requisitions;
  • Working with a specialized software.

This would be the right role for you if you:

  • Have excellent verbal and written German;
  • Very good English level;

  • Very good Excel skills;
  • Experience working with SAP would be considered as an advantage;
  • Are a conscientious and reliable individual with a positive attitude.
