Legal Counsellor

Dimitrova, Cholakov & Partners (TM Innovires) is expanding its team and announcing an open position for a Lawyer/Attorney. Our firm specializes in data protection, commercial law, compliance, and labor law, providing a high standard of legal services to both local and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consultations and representation in commercial, labor, and administrative law, including procedural representation in court and administrative proceedings.
• Actively communicate and collaborate with clients and partners, offering strategic guidance and legal analysis.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, court documents, and other legal documents related to clients' corporate activities.
• Handle cases related to GDPR, data protection, and other compliance regulations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Completed higher education in law and bar admission.
• Minimum of two years of experience in commercial, labor, and civil procedural law.
• Excellent knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including commercial, contract, labor, administrative, and civil procedural law.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Teamwork skills, discretion, and responsibility for entrusted tasks and information.
• Initiative, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
