The development center of SAP in Bulgaria plays a key role in the defining and developing of the SAP Business Technology Platform. What you`ll do :
For our growing T&I Cloud Operations team, we are looking for a Cloud Platform Problem / Continuous Improvement Manager in Sofia.
Our customers expect reliable cloud solutions. To meet that expectation, we need to constantly evolve the reliability of our products and services in the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). To do so, you will help to improve the customer satisfaction and
- Drive situation analysis of incident situations
- Derive appropriate improvements with state-of-the-art CI methodologies in collaboration with our development teams
- Build up technical knowledge to evolve your facilitator abilities
- Support development teams in implementing the identified improvements
- Provide transparency to the management team
- Improve the related processes in our team

The Role:
As our Problem / Continuous Improvement Manager in Cloud Operations, you will make sure that we learn from mistakes. You would analyze the internal processes and procedures, identify common delamination factors that might cause failures and execute projects to improve our service stability. You will grow our customer’s trust who realize they can count on SAP.

Required skills
- Bachelor or Master’s degree, preferably in STEM
- Highly organized, self-aware, emotionally intelligent person, able to handle pressure and deadlines, prioritizing and managing competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of customer orientation and curiosity
- Ability to creatively identify & drive process improvements
- Fluent in English
Preferred skills
- Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with risk management methodologies
- Expertise in problem investigation & analysis methods
- Passion for working with multi-cultural and multi-national teams across time zones
Work experience
- Several years track record in continuous improvement topics
