Responsibilities
The Contractual Business Delivery WW Project Manager role is an experienced PM professional responsible for e2e design, implementation and/or standardization of innovative new services, tools&capabilities for HP’s internal PC devices support and/or commercial Trade part sales, as well as key Transition projects of new commercial accounts to those businesses. The role will be part of a global team of delivery project managers and will lead one or multiple strategic projects on the global Plan of Record (POR) for contractual services delivery and/or global commercial accounts support.

Account Transition Mgmt experience / knowledge
Service mgmt(ITIL) expertise and practical experience
Knowledge of ITSM tools (e.g.ServiceNow)
