Our partner is a leading fintech company, which is an online, mobile, and payment services provider with an atmosphere that encourages continuous learning and growth, allowing the employees to explore their potential to the fullest, They are looking for a new member for their team on the role of a HR Specialist with English.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer negotiations;
- Source and screen potentinal candidates, review applications, preparation of job ads;
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality;
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions;
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience;
- Contribute to the employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer;
- Assist the organization of the team building events and activities;

This would be the right role for you if you have:
- Previous experience in recruitment or any other relevant position in the HR field – at least 1 year;
- Excellent verbal and written English (C1 Level);
- University degree in HR, Business, Economics or Finance, or another relevant field;
- Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and detail orientation;
- Proactive attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment;
