Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
- Manage the end to end hiring process and develop hiring strategies;
- Analyze requirements and consult on hiring processes and sourcing;
- Maintain company`s database, job postings and prepare evaluation records;
- Source potential candidates though headhunting and online channels (social platforms, professional networks);
- Manage recruitment budget;
- Perform hiring process by processing paperwork (offer letters, employment documents, labor contracts etc.);
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events;
- Create reports and statistics on a regular basis.
