Responsibilities

  • Perform Processing defined activities for entire life cycle of an employee i.e HIRE-Retire
    Processes - (Core HR, Helpdesk, Reporting, Time & Attendance, Pre-Payroll, Onboarding & Recruitment, Mobility, Learning Administration & Sales Incentive);
  • If any Escalation from Customer should perform Root Cause Analysis and report to Team Lead/Senior Manager;
  • Maintain transparent communication with immediate Supervisors, with respect to work undertaken and ensure due to any personal related issues, SLA’s should not get breached;
  • Validate the data source for any processing activities and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures;
  • Flag to supervisor if any steps are missing in SOP’s immediately and ensure to get them updated ASAP;
  • Provide support in all HRO related activities mentioned above and when required especially during contingent situation or exigencies.
