In this role you will:

• Manage and execute various People projects across the organization. You will work closely with senior People leaders and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes and solutions.
• Report monthly insights and analytics on people planning and forecast to enable key management decisions.
• Actively propose and execute different People initiatives to positively impact our employee engagement and diversity plan.
• Support monitor and report on people transformation projects.

• First-level university degree preferred in Business Administration or Human Resources.
• 3-4 years of experience in the People Functions, organizational change initiatives, workforce plans, or a related field.
• Good program management skills.
• First class written and oral communication skills in English.
• Advanced level in MS Office, especially working with PowerPoint and Excel.
