Our partner is a leading technology company in the field of digital transformation worldwide. Currently, the company is expanding its Shared Services team and is looking for IT Recruiter with French.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, managing and ensuring pipeline volume and velocity, as well as data integrity;
  • Building effective networks to improve transparency and attract top candidates from the IT field;
  • Assisting and managing administration processes (contracts, onboardings, sick leaves, days off, etc.);
  • Contributing to maintaining strong relationships with remote hiring managers;
  • Providing support on the reports and KPIs;

Job requirements:

  • Fluent level of French and Eglish;
  • Motivation for self-development in recruitment;
  • Experience in the field of human resources and recruitment will be considered as a strong advantage;
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc);
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft tools (Word, Excel).
