We are currently looking for a dynamic and ambitious person who wants to grow in human resources industry and to become part of our team. We offer you the opportunity to be part of HRS Bulgaria's great team on the position of an IT Pre-selection Recruitment Consultant.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactive search of candidates through different channels (social networks, forums, etc.)
  • Searching, screening, interviewing and short-listing potential candidates both personally and via phone
  • Creating and publishing job offers across job platforms
  • Dеvelop a diverse pool of qualified candidates (including passive candidates)
  • Preparation of professional personality profiles of the candidates
  • Working with databased on daily base.

Requirements:

  • Excellent business English skills – level C1
  • Ambitious, confident, and results driven 
  • Strong communications skills
  • A good team player
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and to work to deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Desire to learn IT technologies
  • Call center experience as a CSR or Sales Representative will be considered as a strong advantage.
