Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Support Specialist with English. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat. They will provide technical support, troubleshoot, and resolve issues while ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also interact with other teams to address customer concerns and document customer interactions.
