Responsibilities

Our partner is an internationally renowned outsourcing company with over 20 years of history and offices on 3 continents. Regarding the expansion of one of their teams, covering a fin-tech project, we are looking for a person to join them.


What are your main responsibilities?

  • Communicating with users regarding accounts, and financial transfers of over 40 currencies;
  • Handle incoming phone calls or emails;
  • Assistance with resolving daily cases.
