Technical Support with Italian - Tier 1


Main Responsibilities:

  • Guides business clients through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes;
  • Collaborates with other staff to research and resolve problems;
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
  • Maintains knowledge of technology innovations and trends.

  • Passions for technology and learning.
