Technical Advisor (L1) with German & English (Hybrid position)

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Support the software installation and deployment activities for license users across Microsoft Windows and Apple MAC operating systrems.
• Support the how to and technical questions from the customers for the entire range of client products serviced in the queue.
• Functional understanding of different operating systems and platforms.
