Technical Advisor for German-speaking clients

Main responsibilities:

• Supporting post-sales activities such as order processing, returns, exchanges, account management, installations, and software activations;
• Resolving customer issues using a knowledge base, direct product and operating system usage, product user guides, and other available reference materials;
• Demonstrating functional understanding across various operating systems and platforms.

Job requirements:

• Fluency in German and English;
