Fully Remote Platform Advisor with Dutch (NEW Project)

Main responsibilities:

  • Be the point of contact for users of the platform via chat, email and phone;
  • Provide information about the services, promotions, and accounts;
  • Assist with navigating around the website;
  • Maintain the company's database.
