Part-time Client Support Specialist with Italian (4/6/8)
 
Main responsibilities:

 <li>Deliver outstanding client service;</li>

 <li>Identify and understand user needs;</li>
 <li>Assist businesses with general inquiries, product support, and troubleshooting via phone, e-mail, and chat</li>
