Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:
- Being the point of contact for customer queries using email, chat, and phone;
- Updating information in the company’s system regarding restaurants in a timely manner;
- Resolving requests connected with order confirmation and questions regarding the menu and the ordering system.
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new businesses and customers;
