Non-voice Support Specialist with German language

Main responsibilities:

• Review content (video, image, posts, blogs) and conduct content quality control, ensuring the content complies with local policies and regulations;
• Providing helpful information and answering questions via email and chat;
• Providing general technical guidance and assistance in problem-solving to the users;
• Collecting and reviewing application documentation ensuring compliance with industry regulations in order to prevent potential risks for the company.
