Their business focuses on individual approach towards each partner and support for each partner’s successful development. Currently, they are looking to add a new team member for the position of Non-voice Customer Support with English.



The team includes dozens of young professionals whose main responsibilities are:


  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their accounts, deposits, bonuses, etc.;
  • Assisting new customers by providing useful and correct information on the company’s online products;
  • Working closely with other teams and department in resolving various cases;
  • Presenting the company’s products to new or potential clients.

  • Proficiency in English (minimum C1 level);

  • Previous experience as a customer support representative or knowledge regarding iGaming will be considered as an advantage.
