Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely and professional manner;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to account access, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay;
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of sports betting options, promotions, and policies to assist customers effectively;
  • Supporting customers with a wide range of queries.
