Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working on various processes related to insurance products.
  • Responsible for policy creation, renewals, changes and cancellations of insurance policies based on tickets created by the system or other users.
  • Working with a modern core-insurance software system as well as supporting applications.
  • Validating the accuracy of data and documents in line with the company`s internal policies and work       instructions.

Key Requirements:

  • Very good level of German (B2).
  • Very good level of English (B2).
  • Computer literacy and experience with MS Word.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in an administrative position will be considered an advantage.
