Implementation Specialist for Technical Solutions with German
Main responsibilities:
- Assisting external clients in the implementation of technical systems, software, hardware or solutions;
- Evaluating clients’ needs and developing configurations that support business processes;
- Providing support regarding trouble tickets, documenting issues;
- Guiding customers and resolving issues related to the usage of the platform.
- Helping customers with setup/provisioning of customer IP devices and assists with the setup of user accounts, extensions and web-based call routing configurations;

Job requirements:
- Have excellent verbal and written German (C1/C2 Level);
- Excellent English level (B2/C1 level);
- Technical knowledge or understanding;
- Knowledge of VOIP, networking, routers, and modems;
- 1+ years Help Desk or Customer Service experience will be an advantage;
- Customer service orientation and attention to details;
