Implementation Specialist for Technical Solutions with German

Main responsibilities:

  • Assisting external clients in the implementation of technical systems, software, hardware or solutions;
  • Evaluating clients’ needs and developing configurations that support business processes;
  • Providing support regarding trouble tickets, documenting issues;
  • Guiding customers and resolving issues related to the usage of the platform.
  • Helping customers with setup/provisioning of customer IP devices and assists with the setup of user accounts, extensions and web-based call routing configurations;

Job requirements:

  • Have excellent verbal and written German (C1/C2 Level);
  • Excellent English level (B2/C1 level);
  • Technical knowledge or understanding;
  • Knowledge of VOIP, networking, routers, and modems;
  • 1+ years Help Desk or Customer Service experience will be an advantage;
  • Customer service orientation and attention to details;
