Our partner is one of the leading outsourcing companies in Bulgaria. They are looking for a Help Desk Support Specialist with German to join their team focused on business assistance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform general technical support for business clients and improve their experience as users;
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software problems and help clients install applications and programs;
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledgebase with solutions to common technical issues.
- Provide regular reports on the types of issues encountered, resolutions, and suggestions for improving the support process.
