Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat and email.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues,      and providing solutions.
• Maintain a positive, friendly tone in all communications to ensure a welcoming experience for our clients and team members.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Portuguese and good understanding of English;
• Previous      experience in customer service or a related role is a plus;
• Familiarity with chat and email support tools is a plus.
