Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional support to customers of our client, a world-leading financial technology company.   • Escalate customer tickets to the appropriate internal teams as needed, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Apply critical thinking skills to determine when cases require escalation, ensuring that customers' needs are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Stay informed about product updates and procedures through daily checks, enabling you to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Maintain excellent communication with your local Team Lead, fostering a constant feedback loop to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
