  • Help users and clients use the platform (email, chat, and phone communication).
  • Provide support with the online form, status of the application, registration to the system.
  • Ensure clients receive the highest level of customer service.
  • Follow guidelines and policies; execute an organized, efficient, and structured working process.


  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Previous experience in a customer support role will be an advantage.
  • Excellent computer literacy and proficient with MS Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Very good customer orientation.
