Customer Support Specialist with Czech or Slovak and English
Main responsibilities:
- Advise customers on products/services.
- Resolve product issues and queries.
- Ensure accurate customer database maintenance.
- Follow local procedures for issue resolution.

Job requirements:
- Fluency in Czech or Slovak (C1);
- Fluency in English (C1);
- Experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
