Customer Support Representative
Main responsibilities:
-Provide support to new and existing customers;
-Identify customer's needs and resolve product or service problems;
-Contribute to team efforts and meet company's targets;
-Maintain company`s database.

Job requirements:
-Fluent in English (B2 - C1 level);
-Interest in working as customer support representative;
-Previous experience in a client facing role is an advantage (but not a requirement);
-Excellent communication skills;
