Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

  • Advice and inform customers regarding clients' products and services;
  • Identify, research, and resolve product issues and queries concerning part/product replacement and execute solutions in line with local procedures;
  • Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on the database.
