Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our new team as a Customer Care Advisor with German. As a Customer Care Advisor with German, you will play a crucial role in handling of customer concerns, inquiries, and problems. Your Responsibilities:

  • Supporting customer through different channels (inbound calls      and messages)
  • Analysing and solving customer’s’ queries
  • Sharing information on administrative requests (products,      invoices, etc.)
  • Making changes to the system
  • Forwarding faults or calls to other departments.

Our requirements:

  • French C1+ level is a must;
  • English B1;
  • Customer-oriented thinking and attitude;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Willingness to work on shifts.
