Responsibilities

Customer Support Advisor with English and German (hybrid)


Main responsibilities:

  • Supporting clients;
  • Managing different requests;
  • Providing accurate information about products and services;
  • Answering questions via chat, email, and phone;
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues across the entire international business;
  • Managing and documenting customer interactions in our client's CRM system.

Job requirements:

  • Fluency in English (C1);
  • Fluency in German (C1);
  • Previous experience in a customer support position is a plus;
