Customer Experience Associate with French Italian Hungarian

Main responsibilities

• Promptly responding to queries and provides customer or technical support via email, chat and phone;

• Obtaining customer feedback with colleagues and escalating them to departments so that products and services can be improved;

• Respecting client’s confidentiality and establishing long term business relationships.

Job requirements

• Fluent level of French, Italian or Hungarian (C1 level);

• Working level of English (B1 - B2 level);

• Good MS Office skills;

• Previous experience on Customer or Technical support position.
