Main responsibilities
• Promptly responding to queries and provides customer or technical support via email, chat and phone;
• Obtaining customer feedback with colleagues and escalating them to departments so that products and services can be improved;
• Respecting client’s confidentiality and establishing long term business relationships.

Job requirements
