Our office in Sofia is based in the city center and employs more than 800 people, supporting 32 languages all around the world. For one of our campaigns, we are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Customer care specialist with Turkish + English.

As a Customer care specialist you will provide customer support to Turkish and English-speaking customers and promote a positive corporate image by demonstrating appropriate conduct, high quality, professionalism, and a positive attitude in all interactions with customers.

You will:

  • Be responsible for dealing with all customer inquiries received by phone or e-mails;
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service support in Turkish and English;
  • Bolster the clients need, and create a positive experience;
  • Advice and inform customers regarding clients' products and services;

The candidate:

  • Has excellent spoken and written Turkish and English language - at least level B2;
  • Customer service-oriented personality;
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial;
  • Professional manner Independent, collaborative, and active working style;
  • Has good computer literacy;
