Responsibilities
Currently they are looking for experienced and motivated specialists to join their multilingual team on the position: Speaking Customer Service Agent with French and English.
Responsibilities:
- Handling client inquiries and requests via email mainly, regarding transactions, and profiles;
- Daily work with a specialized ticketing system;
- Coordination with the various departments involved regarding the cases and questions that might arise.
- Understanding customer’s needs and demonstrating a strong customer service orientation

Requirements:
- Fluent in French – C1
- Fluent in English – B2 – C1
- Friendly personality and be a team player;
