Main Responsibilities:
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Supporting end-users and business partners regarding the company services and products;
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Focus on process improvement identification and development.

- Have excellent verbal and written English(C1/C2 Level);
