Our partner is a leading fintech company, which is an online, mobile, and payment services provider. They are looking for a Client Support Specialist with English to join their team as it is expanding.
Main Responsibilities:
- Addressing customer concerns and offering the most effective solution;
- Promoting additional products or services;
- Delivering customer assistance over the phone (only inbound calls);
- Solving issues while maintaining exceptional service and product standards for company customers.

- Excellent verbal and written English (C1 Level);
