Client Relations Specialist with French


Main Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries via email, chat and phone;
  • Coordinate and cooperate with the internal departments and other stakeholders and process verification documents;
  • Assess the customers’ needs and troubleshoot any issues they might have;
  • Provide high-quality service to achieve and uplift customer satisfaction and establish a long-term business relationship.
