Responsibilities

Our partner is one of the leading technology and consulting companies in Bulgaria. They are looking for a French-speaking Claims specialist to join their outsourced administrative roles.


Key responsibilities:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for claims registration;
  • Determines policy status and coverage;
  • Gathering and storing claims data according to internal compliance regulations;
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills ;
  • Communicating with customers and other parties to ensure timely information is provided to all of them.

Required Knowledge:

  • Excellent knowledge of French language C1;
  • Good knowledge of English will be considered an advantage;
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Team-work capabilities knowledge sharing, providing/seeking guidance and advice when needed;
  • Work experience in customer service is preferred but not essential.
