- Monitoring orders and confirming accurate delivery details to the customers;
- Verify the availability of placed orders, ensuring their quality before shipment;
- Communicating with customers if they have questions regarding the products and the order (via phone and email);
- Coordinate with other departments on order status, requests to expedite/prioritize orders, special instructions, contracts, credit issues, pricing discrepancies, & product availability.
