Currently, they are looking for motivated specialists to join their multilingual team on the position:

Quality Assurance Specialists with French

Main Responsibilities:
• Use quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level;
• Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures;
• Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues;
• Participates in design of call/email monitoring formats and quality standards;
• Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff review.

Job requirements:
• Excellent level of French (C1 Level);
• Working level of English (B2);
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications and advanced excel
• Excellent MS Office skills especially in Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, etc.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service quality role.
